What you will do:
Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes for children with autism, addressing their physical, social, and emotional needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver cohesive and effective support for each student, drawing upon your two years of specialised experience.
Utilise the school’s extensive outdoor space and facilities to create engaging therapeutic activities and interventions.
Contribute to the holistic development of young people, supporting them in overcoming challenges associated with developmental trauma and neuro-developmental conditions.
Requirements:
Must be registered with the HCPC.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in occupational therapy with a focus on special educational needs.
Being a car driver is preferable to facilitate easy commuting and flexible working across various sites.
