1. Opportunity Overview
This isn't just a job; it's your chance to be the heart and soul of the brand. You'll have the creative freedom and responsibility to shape our product line, define our brand voice, and drive our market presence. Key Responsibilities
* Bag Design & Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and design to development and sourcing with manufacturers. Your creative vision will bring our new collections to life!
* Sourcing & Production: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality control and efficient production of our bag ranges.
* Brand Marketing: Develop and execute compelling marketing strategies to raise brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive sales.
* Distributor Relationships: Build strong, collaborative relationships with the sales teams at our two group company distributors, providing them with the tools and support they need.
* Key Reseller Engagement: Foster excellent relationships with our key reseller customers, understanding their needs and ensuring the branded bags are a top choice.
* Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform design and marketing decisions.
Key Skills & Experience
* A recent graduate (or equivalent early-career professional) with a relevant degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
* Demonstrable knowledge and passion for bag design and construction. You should understand materials, functionality, and aesthetic trends in the accessories market.
* Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable building relationships with various stakeholders (designers, manufacturers, sales teams, customers).
* A self-motivated and organised individual, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working independently.
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media.
* Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a strong advantage.
* Based in the UK.
