Responsibilities
* Provide Tech Support to Operations Teams
* Provide Tech Support to Customer Service team
* Provision Engineering-based reporting such as Material Review Boards and customer condition reports
* Non Conformance Investigations and corrective actioning
* Monitor Publications updates and transfer appropriately to ERP system
* Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals

Competencies
Core
* Engineering team background (d)
* Technical background in an Engines MRO (e)
* Previous Experience on TFE or HTF Honeywell Engines in a technical environment (d)
Functional
* Previous Aviation MRO experience
* Strong IT skills
* Previous ERP system operating experience

Key interfaces with:
* Line Manager
* Engineering team members
* Customer Service Team
* Operations Team(s)
Professional Qualifications/Education And Training
* Aeronautical Engineering Degree (Desirable)
* Aeronautical Engineering qualification or indentured Apprenticeship (Essential)
Experience
* Previous Experience in a similar role or within a technical role within the Aerospace industry
