The Payload (Pay & Perks)
* Salary: Up to £52,000 per year (Depending on experience).
* Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (Strictly no weekends).
* Holiday: 30 days holiday, including a guaranteed Christmas closure.

What You Will Be Doing
* Precision Engineering: Routine servicing and mechanical repairs across a diverse range of vehicles.
* Complex Repairs: Handling clutches, cambelts, brakes, and major mechanical overhauls.
* Advanced Diagnostics: Using top-spec Autel and Launch tools for deep-level fault finding.
* Quality Control: Ensuring every vehicle meets our rigorous 5-star safety and quality standards.
Are You The One?
* You are a Level 3 Qualified Technician (NVQ or equivalent).
* You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
* An MOT Tester qualification is a bonus, but not essential.
* You have a "diagnostic brain" and thrive on solving complex mechanical puzzles.
* You are based in or near Pulborough and want a professional, long-term home.
