Care Assistant – Trinity House Care Home
Location: Edinburgh. Trinity House Care Home is a purpose-built 55‑bed care home that provides residential, nursing, dementia and respite care. The home offers a high-quality boutique environment where team members deliver person‑centred care in a comfortable and well‑supported setting.
Contract: Full Time
Salary: £13.55 per hour
Shift Type: Days
Contracted hours: 33 or 44 hours per week
Role Overview
As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily routines, promote independence, and ensure they feel safe, respected and valued. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and social engagement, while following individual care plans and working closely with the wider team.
This role is suitable for both experienced Care Assistants and those new to care. Full training and support will be provided for new hires. Your role will focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere where meaningful interactions, reassurance and dignity are at the heart of everything you do.
