Sutton Recruitment are looking for an admin assistant to work for one of our clients based in Hull City Centre, the admin role will involve handling the management and processing of import documentation, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and involve tasks like preparing and reviewing import documentation, liaising with customs authorities, and managing the import process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Documentation Management: Preparing and reviewing import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to import and export regulations, customs laws, and trade agreements. Coordination: Working with freight forwarders, logistics providers, and other internal teams to manage shipments and ensure timely delivery. Other admin duties to include filing documents and answer incoming phone calls. Hours of work: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday Pay: £12.21p/h Skills Required Proficient IT Skills Good Telephone Manner Full training provided
