A Snapshot of Your Day
You will work primarily alongside the Distributed Finance team, focused on delivering high quality financial information and forecasts to stakeholders. The role is to be the first commercial point of contact for the UK Distributed field service function, providing support to the FS team as well as the Head of Finance to prepare reporting for financial planning and reporting including forecasting and variance analysis. Understanding local customer needs through collaborations with the field service teams and directly with customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact
13. As Field Service CPM for Distributed you will work closely with the UK field service team and management
14. Support external customers with commercial solutions to critical breakdowns and escalations
15. Collaborating with UK project managers and PCCs to produce accurate monthly financial results and forecasts.
16. Drive improvements through digitalisation and process optimization.
17. Compiling and presenting management reporting pack each month for the Field Service department
18. Provide ad hoc support within the standard business, commercial project management execution for onshore and offshore
19. Analyse data and present finding to help understand cost centre variances, utilisation patterns and other key costing topics
20. Along with other members of the finance team you will steer the business towards achievement of financial goals.
What You Bring
21. University Degree in a Business or Finance Field and professional qualifications such as CIMA.
22. Good knowledge of digital tools such as Alteryx and Snowflake to drive financial automation
23. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all fields and levels.
24. Excellent understanding of commercial and financial principles including experience in compiling forecasts and business plans.
25. Experience in process optimisation in the Finance environment.
