Senior National Account Manager – Breakout Wellness Brand
London | Office-based 4 days/week | c.£60k base + benefits
We’re working with a fast-growing wellness challenger that’s bringing functional, science-backed products into the mainstream. Their retail presence is expanding rapidly, and they need a strategic, commercially astute Senior National Account Manager to help take things to the next level.
You’ll play a key role in owning top-tier grocery and distributor relationships, shaping the UK retail strategy, and driving category performance.
What you’ll do:
* Lead end-to-end retail strategy across UK grocers, wholesalers, and distributors
* Secure new listings, negotiate joint business plans, and drive category growth
* Translate insights into action—owning forecasting, pricing, margin, and activation
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, ops, and supply chain to deliver seamless execution
* Represent the brand in senior buyer meetings, trade shows, and events
What they’re looking for:
* 5+ years managing major UK grocery accounts in FMCG (bonus: supplements or benefit drinks)
* Proven track record in building and scaling commercial partnerships
* Strong commercial instinct—able to interpret data and drive growth
* Confident in fast-paced, founder-led environments with big growth goals
* Natural relationship builder with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
