What you will do: * Promote excellent early help family practice by assessing needs, planning effectively with families, support networks, and other professionals. * Lead a cohesive, co-located team to guarantee that service responses at the first point of contact are effective and child-focused. * Encourage multi-disciplinary cooperation for joint assessments and integrated service delivery. * Supervise up to four early help practitioners performing MASH checks, progressing Tier 2 contacts, and conducting single family visits when immediate help is necessary. * Oversee the Family Early Help Assessment, ensuring services are culturally appropriate and securely designed for family participation. * Prioritise MASH Intelligence Checks, maintaining timelines and ensuring appropriations meet set standards. * Collaborate closely with the Service Manager to maintain core priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes for families.
