He likes to be independent and enjoys cooking in his adapted kitchen using home grown vegetables from his garden. He transfers using a banana board and has got a swimming pool where he swims every day. He enjoys companionship from his carer and he is house-proud who likes his home to be clean and tidy. About the Role: Location: BN8 home-based placement in a pleasant residential area with amenities within walking distance Driver: Not Required Rota & Pay: Job Type: Live-in position Shift pattern: 4 weeks on/off Pay rate: £142.07 per day A specialist placement ideal for carers who enjoy working as part of a team, value clear guidance, and take pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive care. Household: Non-smoking No pets Training & Support: Paragon is a specialist provider of complex and neurological care. Youll receive full paid training before starting, plus ongoing 24/7 nurse-led support.
