What We’re Looking For
* A proven billing leader with experience in Tech/Data recruitment (ideally permanent)
* Current Senior/Principal Consultant or Team Lead ready to step into management, or an existing Manager looking for more autonomy and growth
* A player-manager mindset — able to bill while leading, coaching, and developing a team
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning new business and growing accounts
* Experience (or clear ambition) to hire, develop, and scale high-performing consultants
* Someone who wants ownership, strategic input, and a clear path to senior leadership
* A driven, energetic professional looking to build a market-leading Data function in Manchester

What You’ll Do
* Lead and grow the Manchester Permanent Data team, driving revenue and performance
* Hire, train, and develop consultants into high‑performing billers
* Own and scale key Data verticals (Data Engineering, Analytics, ML Ops, Data Science, BI, etc.)
* Drive new business development and client strategy, strengthening long‑term partnerships
* Maintain a hands‑on billing contribution, leading by example
* Build and reinforce Gravitas’ brand within the Data community through events, networking, and insights
* Contribute to business planning, market expansion, and leadership strategy
