The successful candidate will be CTA qualified with experience within complex industries (charity or housing background ideal but not essential).
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for reporting and compliance on a variety of taxes across the Group
* Managing the Groups tax strategy
* Providing advice to stakeholders
* Managing the tax relationship with HMRC
* Identifying areas of risk and working to mitigate these
* Ensuring appropriate controls are in place
* Identifying and implementing opportunities for tax savings
* Managing a small team
* Proven track record of liaising with Committee/Board level
