What You’ll Be Doing
* Advise on insurance-linked securities including CAT bonds and securitisations
* Support cross-border equity and debt offerings (UK, US, and European listings)
* Work closely with dual-qualified lawyers on capital markets and regulatory matters
* Develop niche expertise across ILS, high yield, and structured reinsurance
What You’ll Bring
* 2–3 PQE from a top-tier capital markets practice (Magic Circle or US firm preferred)
* Hands-on experience with ECM and/or DCM, ideally including high yield or IPOs
* Strong drafting and execution skills in cross-border transactional settings
* Interest in developing expertise in the insurance sector and ILS transactions
