Office Administrator
Berry Recruitment are currently looking for an Office Administrator to work on a long-term basis for a busy and successful manufacturing client based in King's Lynn, within the Sales department.
The rewards
£30,000 per annum. Temporary ongoing position with the potential to become permanent.
Hours
Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday 8:00am–1:00pm.
The role of an Office Administrator
* Supporting the Sales department by answering commercial enquiries and liaising with internal and external departments as appropriate
* Processing orders, quotations and associated documentation accurately and to deadline
* Overseeing the product database and maintaining accurate records throughout
* Supporting the marketing team with social media and LinkedIn activity
The ideal Office Administrator candidate
* Previous relevant experience in an office administration or sales support role is required
* Experience with JDE or ERP software is desirable
* Confident in managing customer enquiries of a commercial nature
* Well-organised with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
