We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven
Data Administrator
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both numbers and narratives—producing, analysing, and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data for a range of internal and external stakeholders.
This role is more than just spreadsheets and reports—it's a strategic stepping stone that helps the organization unlock the full potential of its data. Your success will deliver data driven decisions, improve operational efficiency, enhance client relationships, lay the foundation for analytics maturity, support continuous improvement and champion data culture.
Initially, you'll be creating bespoke client reports using Excel, but we're keen to support the right candidate's development into a Data Analyst role. Adaptable, open to change, and committed to continuous improvement, your role will evolve from manual report production to automated dashboard creation as IPRS transitions into a new Data Warehouse environment, utilizing Power BI - we want to take you on this journey with us
Responsibilities
As the
Data Administrator
for IPRS Health, you will be responsible for;
* Creating and maintaining bespoke client reporting documents using Excel
* Collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
* Analysing data trends and patterns to support business decisions
* Interpreting qualitative feedback and integrating it into reporting outputs
* Collaborating with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
* Presenting data findings in a clear, engaging format for both technical and non-technical audiences
* Supporting the transition from manual reporting to automated dashboards using Power BI
* Creating, maintaining and documenting process notes
Requirements:
To be seriously considered for the
Data Administrator
role, please have the following:
Qualifications:
* GCSE / A Level Qualifications in Mathematics (E)
* Previous data administration/analysis experience (D)
Experience & Knowledge:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts) (E)
* Experience producing and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data (E)
* Understanding of data validation and cleansing techniques (E)
* Experience creating bespoke reports for internal or external stakeholders (E)
* Exposure to Power BI or other data visualization tools and a willingness to learn (D)
* Familiarity with data governance and documentation practices (D)
* Basic understanding of SQL and a willingness to learn (D)
Skills & Abilities:
* Ability to produce timely, high quality quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reports
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to present complex data in a clear, engaging format
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
