THE PERSON

We are looking for a hands-on security professional with deep, practical expertise in security administration within the Defence sector. Experience working within Above Secret environments would be a distinct advantage.

This is a customer-facing role based at a customer facility, where you will be responsible for delivering key security administration functions that underpin a robust and compliant security environment. You will collaborate closely with both Inzpire colleagues and customer personnel, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. We are looking for someone with integrity, resilience of character, and the drive to deliver meaningful results against contract commitments.

At Inzpire, we understand that our success is built on the quality, motivation, and diversity of our people. That is why we set the bar high — we seek individuals of the highest calibre who align with our values and share our ambition. In return, we offer the opportunity to be part of a world-class organisation where your contribution genuinely matters. We are committed to being an employer of choice for professionals who thrive on challenge and want to make a real impact.

We look for team members who embrace a culture of loyalty, flexibility, and a commitment to consistently exceeding our customers' expectations. If that resonates with you, we would welcome your application.

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
