Location: Blackburn, Lancashire
Working Hours: Office based role, Monday - Friday
Salary starts at £27,000 per annum rising to £30,000 after a successful 6-month probation period
Responsibilities
* Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment closely with the Operations Team to recruit high-quality staff.
* Be hardworking, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative.
* Communicate confidently and professionally over the telephone and face to face.
* Embrace challenges and be willing to learn in the healthcare recruitment sector.
* Understand what it takes to succeed in the healthcare sector.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Knowledge of using social media to promote our business needs and communicate with potential candidates.
* Demonstrate exceptional organizational and administrative skills.

Qualifications
* Full driving license and access to own car (required).
