Access Displays is an award-winning exhibition design and build agency established in 1990. For over 35 years, we have delivered high-quality, mid to large exhibition stands for organisations exhibiting across the world.
Since the Covid pandemic, we have achieved substantial double-digit growth year-on-year. Demand for high-quality exhibition environments has returned strongly — and we have capitalised on it.
Now we are investing deliberately in a Marketing for Growth strategy to accelerate that momentum.
We are not looking for an employee to “make calls.”
We are looking for someone to build the engine that drives our next phase of scale.
The Opportunity
This is a founder-level growth role.
You will take full ownership of identifying and engaging the decision-makers responsible for purchasing and organising exhibition stands within their organisations.
Your mission is simple and commercially powerful:
Generate high-quality RFQs for mid to large exhibition stand projects anywhere in the world.
You will do this through:
* Intelligent, research-led telemarketing
* Strategically crafted direct email outreach
* Proactive use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
* Insight-driven targeting aligned to our growth strategy
This is consultative engagement — not volume calling.
Every qualified opportunity you create will be passed to our experienced sales professionals to close.
Your performance will be measured on the quality and value of contracts won — not activity metrics.
Who This Is For
This role is for someone who:

Experience in exhibitions, events or B2B services is helpful — but commercial intelligence and relationship maturity matter more.

The Package
* £35,000 basic salary
* Quarterly bonus directly linked to contract value won
* Fully remote (UK-based candidates only)
* Industry immersion training, including attending UK exhibitions to deeply understand our market and standards
