As Clinical Deputy Manager, you'll:
* Support the Home Manager in leading a dedicated clinical team
* Ensure the highest standards of nursing care and regulatory compliance
* Mentor and develop staff, championing a culture of excellence
* Take a proactive role in care planning, audits, and clinical governance
* Step in to manage the home in the manager’s absence
Requirements:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC PIN
* Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a care home or similar setting
* A genuine passion for elderly care and person-centred support
* A full UK driving licence – due to our beautiful rural location
* Strong communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
