Hours : 36 per week, 52 weeks
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Consultant to join the Case Management Team.
You will provide strategic HR guidance and support to leaders on a range of case matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence management.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact supporting and advising senior leaders to manage complex case issues impacting their services and deliver for our customers.
To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience as an HR professional in a large complex organisation, with a focus on delivering practical solutions. You should be commercially astute with the ability to grasp and translate business strategy into clear, achievable people objectives. Additionally, you should have demonstrable experience in partnering with stakeholders at all levels to drive organisational change and be highly adaptable, resilient, curious and courageous.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
