?? What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver accurate monthly management accounts
* Own balance sheet reconciliations & journal postings
* Produce insightful reporting & variance analysis
* Support month-end and year-end processes
* Prepare VAT returns and assist with audits
* Oversee AP/AR ledgers and payment runs
* Partner with non-finance teams across the business
* Mentor and guide junior finance staff
* Drive process improvements and efficiencies
? What We're Looking For
1. AAT Level 4 qualified (or QBE)
2. Experience as an Assistant Management Accountant (or similar)
3. Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
4. Experience in a medium/large business environment
5. Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
