We are looking for candidates with a background in supporting individuals with complex health needs. Key Responsibilities: * Personal Support: Assist with all activities of daily living, ensuring our client's safety and well-being. * Therapeutic Relationship: Build and nurture a strong therapeutic relationship to help her achieve her therapeutic goals. * Rehabilitative Support: Work closely with treating therapists to implement her rehabilitation program. * Social Facilitation: Enable participation in social activities, promoting a fulfilling and meaningful life. * Holistic Care: Support all aspects of her life, from physical care to psychological well-being. Qualifications and Attributes: * Proven experience in supporting individuals with complex health needs. * Bright, energetic, and motivated with a quick-thinking and adaptable mindset. * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals. * Commitment to maximizing the client's physical and psychological health and promoting her safety. * Experience with PEG feeding * An NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable. Otherwise, the applicant must be willing to undertake Care Certificate training. * A full driving license is essential.
