Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team.
We have been a well established family run restaurant in Lymm for the past 25 years.
As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards are met to a 5* standard, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Duties
* Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality dishes are consistently produced.
* Be able to work well within a team in high pressure environment.
* Maintain food safety standards and ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Develop and implement new menu items, showcasing seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
* Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during peak times.
Experience
* Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
* Strong culinary skills with experience in various cooking methods and cuisines.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Days of work: Wednesday-Sunday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
