Operations Manager
£40,000 - £50,000 + Bonus
Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager for a Catering Equipment business based in North London. This is a newly created role to take over the full operations of the business whilst the Owners take a step back – so, you will have full autonomy to run an already profitable business and drive it forward.
Hours of work are 9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday in North London.
The Role
* Managing a Team of 5 people on the Shop Floor and within the Warehouse.
* Managing existing Accounts across the Customer Base within the Restaurant and QSR industries.
* Raising purchase orders and tracking status and processing purchase order invoices.
* Overseeing the daily operations of the business, which includes managing staff, ensuring service excellence, and overseeing budgets. This role involves a mix of team leadership, financial management, and logistical oversight, including planning for capital equipment replacement and managing inventory.
The Candidate
* The role requires a strong background in hospitality or catering, good leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with Customers and Employees.
