This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but busy, friendly office team. We are a well established Manufacturing company who have been in business for 30 years producing high quality toiletry and cosmetic products. We are looking for an administrator to join our current office team, so if you are a good team player, with a helpful, friendly manner we would like to hear from you.
We are looking for:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role.
* Confident decision-maker and natural problem solver.
* Well organised and an ability to multi-task. Proficient in managing a busy workload in a timely and efficient manner, whilst working collaboratively with your colleagues.
* Good attention to detail and able to work on own initiative.
* Confident and professional, telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
* Experience in using Sage 50.
Duties include:
* To be the initial point of contact to meet and great all visitors in the main office.
* To answer all incoming calls and deal with enquiries with customers / suppliers.
* To process customers' orders from our 'in house' product websites.
* Managing customer enquiries and updating records.
* Co-ordinating collections and dispatches via UK mail and Palletways.
* Supporting our accounts function using Sage; raising purchase orders and invoices and managing deliveries.
* Handling customer complaints professionally, maintaining accurate records and providing quarterly reports.
* Ad hoc administrative support to senior managers.
