Hourly Rate: GBP13.68 : GBP14 per hour
We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our schools in the Southport area.

Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the classroom, supporting teachers and helping students achieve their potential. Your responsibilities will include:
* In:Class Support: Assisting the class teacher with daily tasks, lesson preparation, and classroom management.
* Targeted Assistance: Providing one:on:one or small group support to students, particularly those with additional learning needs.
* Positive Environment: Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere for all pupils.
* Pastoral Care: Offering support and encouragement to students, helping them to feel confident and secure in their school life.

We are seeking reliable and proactive candidates who are committed to the welfare and development of young people. The ideal person will have:
* Experience: Previous experience working with children, whether in a school setting, care, or a similar role.
* Skills: Strong communication skills, a patient and caring nature, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Professionalism: You must be a reliable, proactive, and discreet individual with a strong commitment to child safeguarding.
* DBS: A clear, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is a requirement for all roles.
