As the firstsite in London, this role offers the chance to shape the business from the ground up and progress into an Operations role as the brand grows.
Skills and Experience:
1. Proven experience managing a branded or independent café, restaurant, or casual dining venue
2. Self-starter with the ability to think independently and drive sales
3. Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
4. Committed to training, motivating, and developing your team
5. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a management role
6. Confident in stock management, budgeting, P&L control, and venue marketing
