Working on our range of Telehandlers, UK Forks is seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
* Carry out essential maintenance and servicing to our hire machinery on-site with customers
* Offer breakdown resolutions and an effective repair service
* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical/mechanical issue during site visits
* Collaborate with the wider operations teams to identify opportunities for improvements to our service
* Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs, services, and customer interactions
What We're Looking For / Qualifications
* Experience of repairing and servicing plant equipment including Telehandlers – Essential
* A recognised mechanical qualification in mechanical plant or agricultural engineering – Desirable
* A practical problem solver, using initiative where necessary
* A competent communicator with excellent customer service skills
* Willingness to travel to customer sites as and when required
* Well organised with experience of managing time effectively
* A valid driving licence
