This Cover Supervisor role could be your next move.\n\nWe’re supporting a secondary school seeking a confident, organised individual to step into short-term teacher absences and keep learning on track. No planning required just great classroom presence, clear instruction, and the ability to hold attention.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs a Cover Supervisor, you’ll:\n\nDeliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects at secondary level\nKeep students on task and engaged in their learning\nMaintain a safe, respectful and focused classroom environment\nStep in and adapt to different classrooms and groups throughout the week\nPromote the inclusion of all pupils and support a culture of equality and participation\n\nAbout You\n\nWe’re looking for someone who:\n\nHas experience working with young people (ideally in a school or youth setting)\nCan establish strong routines and set clear expectations\nIs confident leading a class and managing behaviour positively\nCan communicate clearly and calmly under pressure\nIs proactive, reliable, and happy to work flexibly across the curriculum\n\nWhat You’ll Get\n\nA chance to support learning across different year groups and subjects\nA supportive school environment and strong staff culture\nWeekly PAYE pays with no hidden deductions\nDedicated support from your Protocol Education consultant\nAll applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
