We’re looking for a calm, reliable, and proactive Night Porter to help safeguard our guests’ comfort, wellbeing, and security throughout the night. Working closely with the Duty Management and Reception team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, smooth-running environment, responding to guest needs, and providing reassurance during the quieter overnight hours. If you’re observant, dependable, and ready for a new challenge, we’ll give you the training and support you need to thrive. Why you? • With great interpersonal skills, you’ll be ready to respond to guest questions and requests with care, confidence, and professionalism. • With a strong sense of responsibility and awareness, you’ll help keep the Hall safe and secure through regular patrols and checks. • Able to be flexible with attention to detail, you’ll assist with early departures and guest movements. • With pride in your environment, you’ll keep public areas clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout the night. • Possessing a calm, level-headed manner, you’ll handle any incidents confidently and in line with procedures. • Good organisational skills will allow you to complete overnight reports and deliver clear handovers to the morning team. • With a reassuring presence and professional attitude, you’ll uphold Ragdale’s high standards of guest care. Hours and Salary:
