Digital PR Executive
Join our team as a Digital PR Executive within the SEO & GEO function, working across our Leeds and London offices. You will plan, execute and report on digital PR campaigns for a variety of clients, building relationships with media, influencers and social audiences to generate high quality engagement and search traffic.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Digital PR AM to deliver campaign activities for a portfolio of clients, including media relations, influencer outreach, and social media promotion.
* Own the promotion and outreach plan, consulting with the DPR Manager on target audiences, media requirements and trends.
* Use LinkLab, our proprietary contact‑management tool, to source and maintain up‑to‑date contact databases and audience lists.
* Create and manage media lists, advising content teams on preferred content mediums.
* Research and identify new publication and influencer targets, producing lists of relevant websites and outlets.
* Navigate online communities to identify influencers, their followers, interests and interaction points.
* Understand the role of Digital PR in generative search and identify third‑party brand‑mention opportunities for outreach.
* Report on promotion performance to Digital PR Managers, escalating issues and proposing improvements when results lag.
* Pitch stories to target contacts, selecting the most effective outreach channel (face‑to‑face, email, phone).
* Maintain persistent follow‑up and stay current on industry trends, talking points and emerging topics.
* Leverage social media to maximise story reach and engagement.
* Build and sustain long‑term relationships with key media and influencer targets, fostering positive brand interactions.
* Provide regular internal and client reporting on progress, insights and impact of Digital PR activities.
* Use the Digital PR and SEO tools to support client campaigns while staying updated on tool changes.
* Assist with finance and billing tasks such as booking invoices and reconciling against client budgets.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Previous experience creating and executing digital PR campaigns (desirable but not essential).
* Operational knowledge of Digital PR within SEO and content creation.
* Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
* Confident verbal and written communication.
* Team‑oriented, able to coordinate tasks and collaborate effectively.
* Client‑facing experience and the ability to build strong client relationships.
