What you’ll be doing:
As a Senior Payroll Analyst, you will be a key member of the Payroll Team, responsible alongside the Payroll Manager for ensuring the payroll system is up to date. Your duties will include processing starters, leavers, changes to fixed data (e.g., salaries), and processing P45s and New Starter Forms for approximately 2000 employees.
You will also have up-to-date working knowledge of UK Tax and NI, with the ability to perform manual Net Pay calculations when needed. You will lead the Payroll Analysts team and undertake project work and ad hoc tasks as required.

* Possesses good understanding of Excel & MS Mail.
* Has good communication skills.
* Has strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Can demonstrate initiative and flexibility.
