Are you a qualified English Teacher looking for a new teaching role? Teaching personnel are currently recruiting an English Teacher for our client school located in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high achieving secondary school where you will be given full support from the senior leadership team and the English department.
Position Details
* Full‑time position, set to start from September 2026.
* Pay in line with the Teacher Pay Scale (M1‑UPS3).
* This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
Key Responsibilities
* Teaching English curriculum across KS3 and KS4.
* Plan and deliver enriching lessons and adapt lessons to cater for ranging pupil abilities.
* Assess students against set marking criteria and set motivating targets to encourage learning.
Qualifications
* Must hold Qualified Teacher Status.
* Track record of excellent classroom practice.
