Office Based, commutable from Nuneaton, Birmingham, Rugby, Stratford‑upon‑Avon and surrounding areas.
£55,000-£65,000 + Car Allowance (£450 p/month) + Private Health Insurance (option to extend to family members) + Monday to Friday, Office Based Hours + Pension up to 10% + Company Benefits (Free Parking, Refreshments, Sick Pay)

The company is a global business spanning three continents, specialising in sub‑contract manufacturing processes. With nearly a century of experience, it continues to grow and expand into new markets and is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help with its expansion and join a close‑knit team at its Coventry site. The role offers a generous package and opportunities for professional development.
Day‑to‑day responsibilities include overseeing NPI/NPD production processes, implementing new processes with the goal of achieving quality, reliability, and productivity, working alongside the continuous improvement team, and assisting with training staff on new processes.
The Role
* Lead a team to resolve process issues and identify areas for improvement
* Actively work on NPI/NPD projects
* Ensure regulatory requirements and standards are met
The Person
* Candidate should hold a role such as Technical Manager, Metallurgist, or Quality Manager
* Experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Process Engineer, Production Engineer, or Applications Engineer is encouraged
* Background in a manufacturing environment (Aerospace, Special Metals, Pharmaceuticals, Automotive, Chemicals, Medical)
* Extensive knowledge of plasma, nitriding, and nitrocarburising processes
* Qualification in Material Science or Metallurgy required; academic candidates are encouraged to apply
