Autism NI is Northern Ireland’s longest-standing autism charity, dedicated to supporting autistic people and their families while campaigning for greater autism acceptance across society. With a bold new strategy for 2024–2029, Autism NI is expanding its services, amplifying autistic voices, and driving societal change. As part of this exciting growth, Autism NI is seeking a passionate and strategic Corporate Fundraising Officer to join their team and lead on developing impactful partnerships with businesses across Northern Ireland.
Your new role
The Corporate Fundraising Officer reporting to the Head of Fundraising andmunications, will take ownership of Autism NI’s corporate fundraising strategy. You’ll identify and secure new business partnerships, manage Charity of the Year relationships, and deliver engaging fundraising campaigns and events. From bespoke challenges to employee engagement initiatives, you’ll be the driving force behind building long-term, values-led partnerships that generate ie and raise awareness.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and growing the corporate fundraising programme
2. Creating tailored fundraising packages and securing corporate partnerships
3. Managing relationships to maximise fundraising and engagement
4. Leading on corporate fundraising events and challenges
5. Identifying new opportunities through networks and sector insights
6. Managing budgets and achieving ie targets
7. Delivering excellent supporter care
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll be a confident relationship-builder with a strategic mindset and a flair formunication. You’ll bring:
8. A degree in Business, Marketing,munications, or Events Management
9. Strong presentation and PR skills
10. Experience writingpelling cases for support
11. A full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
Desirable:
12. Experience in corporate, event, or trust fundraising
13. Charity sector experience
14. CIM or CIPR qualification
