About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to support the smooth running of our clients care home, providing leadership and ensuring outstanding care for their residents. This role offers the perfect blend of hands-on nursing and management responsibilities, ideal for someone eager to lead a motivated team and enhance the lives of those they support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Lead, inspire, and support staff to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
Assist with medication administration following strict protocols.
Manage and develop dementia care initiatives tailored to resident needs.
Collaborate closely with the Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming, and positive environment.
Support the creation and implementation of individualised care plans.
Foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.What We're Looking For:
Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin.
Proven leadership experience with strong team supervision and motivational skills.
Solid understanding of medication administration and care protocols.
Knowledge and experience in dementia care best practices.
Excellent communication skills, able to engage with residents, families, and staff effectively.
