Multi-Skilled Electrician – Doncaster (Iport)
Location: Doncaster (Iport)
Pay: £18.77 per hour PAYE
Hours: Full-time (approx. 40 hours per week)
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: 30 April 2026
End Date: 30 July 2026
A strong opportunity is available for a Multi-Skilled Electrician to join a busy commercial site in Doncaster. This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced, facilities environment, suited to an experienced engineer comfortable with both planned and reactive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical and building systems
* Respond to reactive faults and site emergencies
* Undertake small installation works where required
* Maintain and repair building plant, equipment, and systems
* Report all defects through client processes and maintain accurate records
* Update equipment status reports and complete tasks via PDA systems
* Ensure high standards of health and safety and customer service at all times
* Build strong working relationships with site teams and client representatives
Requirements
* Recognised Electrical Qualification (essential)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Experience with PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
* Good understanding of building electrical systems (lighting, fire alarms, power, BMS, etc.)
* Strong fault‑finding and problem‑solving skills
* Experience working in a customer‑facing environment
* Good communication and basic IT skills
* Right to Work in the UK
* Experience working with business‑critical environments
* Previous experience in a health & safety‑driven role
