We’re now recruiting for a Sales Specialist to join our high-performing team. Whether you're experienced or new to the industry, if you have the drive to succeed and a passion for people, we want to hear from you.
What We Offer Our Sales Specialists:
1. 3 months guaranteed commission to support your start and induction
2. Uncapped commission structure with higher bandings for top performers – no minimum targets
3. £23,500 starting basic salary, with the potential to increase based on volume and performance
