You'll be at the heart of our accounts department, supporting the finance team in maintaining smooth operations. From processing invoices to managing purchase ledgers, you'll play a key role in ensuring our hotel's financial health.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Processing supplier invoices accurately
* Maintaining organized purchase ledgers
* Supporting payment runs and month-end routines
* Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to resolve account queries
* Assisting the Finance Manager with audits and other tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in finance or accounts
* Familiarity with ledgers and accounting processes
* Proficient in Excel and accounting software
* Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
* Team player with a positive attitude
