Sales Assistant is responsible for providing personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Client and Business oriented
* Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand;
* Play an active role on a shop floor;
* Build up a loyal Clientele;
* Product knowledge and sensitivity to competitors' trading activities.
Boutique performance / Client Service
* Meet Individual and Boutique sales targets and consignment goals;
* Constantly improve quality of service, meet and exceed customer expectations.
Operations
* Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company;
* Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfers, payments, customer data base, etc.);
* Attach price tags to merchandise on a shop floor;
* Support the organization of back of house, stock rooms, maintenance rooms, alterations, shipping, etc. in accordance with Company's standards;
* Be involved in Stock and Inventory maintenance;
* Report discrepancies and problems to the Supervisor;
* Maintain merchandising standards.
Boutique Facility and Maintenance
* Support Boutique facilities (cleaning, repairs etc.);
* Oversee maintenance and clean Boutique environment.
Profile:
* Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality;
* Confident, multitasking, flexible;
* Able to work as part of a sales team;
* Action and Sales oriented;
* Excellent customer and service attitude;
* Strong communication skills;
* Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion and luxury contexts;
* English speaker; foreign languages are a plus.
