Warehouse Operator – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Location: Oxford | Full-Time | Contract We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. This is a hands-on role responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials and components within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. As part of the warehouse team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials are managed in accordance with strict quality, safety, and compliance standards, supporting efficient and timely operations across the wider production and compounding teams. Key Responsibilities: Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, ensuring correct booking and storage based on temperature, light exposure, and product specifications Use electronic systems (e.g. Merlin, Mercury, MFG-PRO, JDE) to process inventory Carry out regular cycle counts, expiry checks, and participate in blind stock audits Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse at all times Support replenishment using Kanban systems and enforce stock rotation protocols Adhere strictly to GMP/GDP and internal compliance procedures Report deviations and quality issues promptly to QA and process leads Complete training for handling hazardous materials and product spillages Maintain up-to-date internal training records What We’re Looking For: Essential Requirements: Must have full eligibility to work in the UK or Ireland on a full-time basis Basic education in English (RQF Level 2 / EQF Level 3 / SCQF Level 5 or equivalent) Preferred Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting Familiarity with JDE and/or Compounding Electronic Management Systems Key Attributes: Team player with the ability to work independently Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety Flexible, reliable, and proactive in approach Effective communication and interpersonal skills Organised with solid time management This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
