Role Overview
We are looking for motivated Class 2 and 3 Building Inspectors to join our team. The position operates on a hybrid model – typically three days in the office or on site and two days working from home, depending on client and site needs. You will manage a broad and interesting range of projects, work as part of a highly motivated team and have responsibility for ensuring compliance with building regulation and quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Undertaking plan checks submitted for Building Regulation approval.
* Undertaking site visits, preparing site visit reports and witnessing tests (a full, valid driving licence is essential).
* Attending client and design team meetings to provide professional advice regarding building control work.
* Familiarity with and use of the management systems, including compliance with the Quality Management system.
* Operating in accordance with the commercial requirements of the projects (costs and programme).

* RICS, CABE, CIOB or similar accreditation.
