We're looking for a high‑impact Business Development Manager to take full ownership of our proactive sales strategy across the UK, Europe, and the USA. What you'll lead & create
You'll be the architect of our sales function, building a scalable, structured approach to business development in a company ready for growth. This is your chance to own the strategy, shape our markets, and influence the future sales structure.
Your impact
You'll be responsible for:
Winning new business with OEMs, refrigeration cabinet manufacturers, distributors, and major end users
Driving profitable, sustainable revenue growth from a near‑zero proactive starting point
Strengthening key accounts inherited from our MD/founder
Bringing insights, structure, and modern sales discipline to the entire business
Influencing decisions across manufacturing, operations, product development, and commercial strategy
What you bring
5+ years' success in business development or technical sales
Experience in manufacturing, engineered products, refrigeration, shopfitting, HVAC, cold chain or related sectors (advantageous)
A track record of winning and growing high‑value, complex accounts
Commercial sharpness, negotiation strength, and the confidence to operate autonomously
A self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset
