The Role – Learning Support Assistant
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with students and staff, helping to create a positive and structured learning environment.
Your responsibilities as a Learning Support Assistant will include:
1. Supporting pupils with additional needs such as SEND, SEMH, autism, and ADHD
2. Assisting with behaviour, routines, and emotional regulation
3. Providing support in lessons, small groups, and on a 1:1 basis
4. Building strong relationships to boost confidence and engagement
5. Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff to support student progress
