Training Structure (4+1 Model)
Your week will be structured to give you the perfect balance of practice and theory:
* 4 days in school gaining hands-on classroom experience
* 1 day per week dedicated to PGCE study and professional development
Your journey will look like:
* Term 1: Observe lessons, support teaching, build confidence
* Term 2: Begin planning and delivering your own lessons
* Term 3: Teach more independently and refine your teaching style
By the end of the year, you’ll be a confident, fully qualified Maths Teacher.
