As a Removals Sales Surveyor, you will work for a top-tier removals company in Lancaster. What You’ll Be Doing
* Conduct in-home and virtual surveys for household and office moves.
* Accurately assess volume, access, and special requirements for each move.
* Provide removals clients with detailed and timely quotations.
* Promote company services and close sales with prospective removals clients.
* Manage removals leads from initial inquiry through to booking.
* Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth move execution.
* Maintain customer records using CRM systems.
* Attend networking events to generate new removals business.
* Follow up on all quotes to convert prospects into removal customers.
* Support pricing strategy with feedback from the market.
* Handle customer objections and provide tailored solutions.
* Ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
* Prior experience in removals surveying or relocation sales.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Knowledge of HHG or O&I removals procedures.
* Comfortable using CRM and quoting tools.
* Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.
