Classroom Assistants Wanted Across Chester.
We are looking for dedicated Classroom Assistants and LSAs to support secondary students across Chesters historic and vibrant schools. We have immediate opportunities spanning from Upton and Hoole to Blacon, Huntington, and Christleton.
Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
Start Date: After Easter.
Roles Type: We offer both long term and day to day supply.
Must Haves:
* Eligibility to work in the UK.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or readiness for one).
Key Duties:
* Support students 1:to:1 or in small groups to boost their academic confidence.
* Assist the Lead Teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation.
* Break down complex tasks into manageable steps for diverse learners.
* Encourage an inclusive environment where every student feels heard.
