Responsibilities
* Handle electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, motor operations, UPS systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment.
* Promptly respond to facilities department, security, facilities, and IS helpdesk requests.
* Collaborate closely with the property team to swiftly repair faulty equipment.
* Execute emergency responses for critical equipment.
* Maintain equipment to the highest standards and monitor building management services.
* Manage and coordinate with subcontracted staff.
Qualifications
* City & Guilds 18th Edition certification.
* Proven experience in a comparable Building Service Role.
* Proficiency in planned preventative maintenance procedures.
* Ability to troubleshoot single and three-phase control and distribution circuits.
* Familiarity with Lighting, Motor, UPS Systems, emergency generation, and HVAC plant equipment.
* City & Guilds/BTEC in Electrical Engineering.
* Familiarity with Computacenter head office systems.
* Certified in using access equipment.
* Specialized training in relevant areas.
* Health and safety qualifications.
