Being a Support Practitioner The great thing about this job is that two days are never the same. As a Support Practitioner you'll provide care and support with all elements of normal every day living, including cooking, housework, finances, personal care and medication. You'll also play a huge part in supporting individuals to reach their goals and play an active part in their local community. Some of their hobbies and interests include baking, arts & crafts, hair & beauty treatments, pool, model trains & boats, walking, swimming & attending social events and concerts. Shift Patterns Our services provide support 24 hours, 7 days a week, so shift patterns will include early mornings, days, evenings and weekends. Weekend, public holidays, sleepovers and/or waking nights may also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.
