Description
Freelance Project Manager required for 20 week duration for the construction of a new build industrial unit, as the number 1 on the project you will be responsible for taking the lead to oversee it through to completion and handover. Project setup will include a Site Manager and visiting Contracts Manager, your primary responsibilities and duties will involve ensuring the programme is adhered to, subcontract management, chairing client/subcontractor progress meetings aswell as issuing progress reports to senior management team. Proven track record as a Project Manager and employment history workjing on portal frame/industrial unit projects would be essential
CSCS Card. SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement.
